Wednesdays, January 6th and 13th, 5:30 – 6:30pm

This two-part workshop is designed for yoga-curious people who haven’t yet given yoga a try - as well as for experienced yogis who want to learn more about the philosophical, spiritual and anatomical foundations of yoga. In a safe and supportive circle, we’ll explore the origins of yoga, the 8 limbs of yoga, and the evolution of yoga practices/styles as they emerged in the U.S. We’ll learn and practice principles of alignment that form the foundation for safe, mindful practice, with a focus on sun salutations and warrior poses. No yoga experience is necessary. After taking these 2 classes, yoga newbies will feel prepared and confident to join other yoga classes to continue to foster their mental, physical and spiritual health.

$20 total for both sessions (plus Eventbrite fee)

THE HOME STRETCH is a series of donation yoga classes that help us support ourselves, each other and our community. A portion of the donations will be given to local community agencies who are supporting those most in need during these difficult times.

THE HOME STRETCH classes are peaceful and playful, with lots of opportunities to power up or mellow out, according to your personal needs. No yoga experience is necessary and you don’t even need a yoga mat.

Brighten Up Yoga

Wednesdays 5:30 - 6:30pm on Zoom!

The next 6-week session begins January 20

Registration is open for Brighton residents and opens 1/12 for non-Brighton residents. 

$60 for a 6-week session.

Community Yoga classes are open-level slow-flow vinyasa classes that are welcoming to both beginners and experienced yogis. Join this warm and welcoming circle of yogis of many ages and levels of experience. Moving and meditating on your mat will help brighten up your mind, body and spirit!

Let’s dance our way through these challenging times! We’ll start and end class like civilized yogis, and in between we’ll dance and jump and shake and spin our way through everything that we're feeling inside. Donations can be made (upon registration please) via Venmo @Lynne-Boucher or Paypal at All proceeds from this class will be donated to some families we know who are in need at this time.

In this special winter session of Yoga in the Pines, we’ll take our practice into the woods ~ hopefully in the snow ~ where we’ll practice being winter warriors and playing with tree pose in the trees. After a rejuvenating practice in the forest, including time for walking meditation, we’ll enjoy a moment of peace and quiet in the middle of the wilderness. No yoga experience or yoga mat necessary.

Tuesday afternoons 1:00 - 1:45pm

Core Conditioning Yoga is a light-hearted class that will help you build strength and endurance. Through a series of fun and playful movements, you will strengthen all the core muscles of your body and practice being present and focused.
