Yoga in the Pines
Cumming Nature Center

Take your yoga practice into the great outdoors—in the majestic red pines of the Cumming Nature Center. In this unique and powerful experience, you will have the opportunity to practice yoga and meditation in a sacred and serene setting.
This 90-minute session will include plenty of time for open-level vinyasa flow, as well as seated and walking meditation. No yoga experience necessary.

The Home Stretch is a yoga community that gathers together each week for mutual support and encouragement through yoga. Half of all donations are given directly to local families and community agencies that are supporting those most in need.
Brighten Up Yoga OUTDOORS!

Brighten Up Yoga is an open-level slow-flow vinyasa class that is welcoming to both beginners and experienced yogis. Class includes movements and meditations that help brighten up your physical and mental health and help you feel stronger and more flexible in both body and mind.
Yoga on the Lake at Castaways

It's time to kick off our summer season on the great deck of our favorite Great Lake! Yoga on the Lake at Castaways is an all-level yoga class with a spectacular view.
Summer schedule will begin June 2nd with classes Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings at 9:15am. Register ahead because classes fill up quickly!

Foundations class focuses on the fundamentals skills of Acro Yoga: basing, flying and spotting. No experience necessary. Intermediate Class is for those already know the fundamentals of Acro and are ready to kick it up a notch.
For both classes, come by yourself or bring a friend.
No partner necessary. All participants will be masked.
Core Conditioning Yoga

Core Conditioning Yoga is a light-hearted, unconventional and interactive class that will help you build strength and endurance. Through a series of playful and challenging movements you will strengthen all the core muscles of your body and practice being present and focused.
Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga

Take your love of the outdoors into a new realm of discovery, challenge and playfulness as we float and play! This multi-level class offers options for beginners to experienced yogis in a supportive and fun environment.
Lynne’s thought-provoking themes allow you to seek what is truly inside of you and bring it out throughout your practice. She leads with kindness, happiness, and fun - on and off the mat. I am always left with a sense of peace, grounding, and a smile leaving her class.
