The Home Stretch is a yoga community that gathers together each week for mutual support and encouragement through yoga. A portion of donations is given direclty to local community agencies that are supporting those most in need.

Yoga in the Pines

Cumming Nature Center in Naples

Sunday, November 14th 1:00pm - 2:30pm

$18 for a 90 minute session with a portion of proceeds going to conservation work at the nature center.

Let's take our yoga practice into the great outdoors - in the majestic red pines of the Cumming Nature Center. In this unique and powerful experience, you will have the opportunity to practice yoga and meditation in a sacred and serene setting. Class will include a playful open-level vinyasa flow, as well as seated and walking meditation. We'll practice being forest warriors and playing with tree pose among the trees. 

No yoga experience necessary.

Acro Yoga

In this weekly class you'll learn the fundamentals skills of Acro Yoga: basing, flying and spotting. We'll develop a sense of interdependence, community and fun! No experience necessary. We'll continue to teach and develop skills each week. Come by yourself or bring a friend. No partner necessary. All participants will be masked.

Core Conditioning Yoga is a light-hearted, unconventional and interactive class that will help you build strength and endurance. Through a series of playful and challenging movements you will strengthen all the core muscles of your body and practice being present and focused.

Brighten Up Yoga is an open-level slow-flow vinyasa class that is welcoming to both beginners and experienced yogis. Class includes movements and meditations that help brighten up your physical and mental health and help you feel stronger and more flexible in both body and mind.
