Donation based classes on Zoom

Wednesday evenings at 8pm

THE HOME STRETCH classes are open to people of various ages and levels of yoga experience. Each one-hour class includes a combination of relaxing meditation and playful yoga in a slow vinyasa flow style. There will be lots of opportunities to power up or mellow out, according to your personal needs and preferences. No yoga experience is necessary and you don’t even need a yoga mat. You can simply create space wherever you live that is relatively quiet and has room for your mat/towel/blanket or even floor.

Yoga on the Lake at Castaways

Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9:15am

Start your summer mornings with yoga on the great deck of our favorite Great Lake! Yoga on the Lake at Castaways is an all level yoga class with a spectacular view!

PLEASE NOTE that YOU MUST REGISTER AHEAD THIS YEAR! 

In case of rain, we can still yoga under the canopy

Please bring your own mat/props/water.

Take your love of the outdoors into a new realm of discovery, challenge and playfulness as we float and pose! This multi-level class offers options for beginner to experienced yogis in a supportive and fun environment.  ​

Availability is limited due to health concerns. Check dates and sign up way ahead of time to claim a spot! You can also contact Lynne to schedule a time for your own private group of 4-5 people.

Yoga in the Pines at Cumming Nature Center in Naples

Sunday, July 19, 11am - 12:30pm and 1:00pm - 2:30pm

Take your yoga practice into the great outdoors - in the majestic pines of the Cumming Nature Center. In this unique and powerful experience you will have the opportunity to practice yoga and meditation in this sacred and serene setting. During this 90 minute session, you will be guided through a gentle open-level vinyasa flow as well as seated and walking meditation. No yoga experience necessary. Bring your own mat or use one of ours. Yoga is ON rain or shine (in the event of dangerous weather we will reschedule).

 

*A portion of the proceeds from Yoga in the Pines supports the conservation work of the Cumming Nature Center.

Outdoor Private Sessions

I am now offering outdoor private yoga sessions for individuals, pairs, families, and other small groups by request (honoring social distancing guidelines!). I work directly with you to clarify and pursue your specific goals and aspirations on the mat and off. These sessions can be one-time or on-going.
