Brighten Up Yoga OUTDOORS
Brookside Community Center

Wednesdays 5:30 - 6:30pm
New session begins July 17th
7 one-hour classes for $86

Brighten Up Yoga is a warm and welcoming community of both new and experienced yogis. This open-level vinyasa class includes movements and meditations that help brighten up your physical and mental health and help you feel stronger and more flexible in both body and mind.

June 30, July 28 and August 25

10:30am - 12:00 and 1:00pm - 2:30pm

$21 for a 90 minute class

In this unique and powerful experience, you will have the opportunity to practice yoga and meditation in a sacred and serene setting. This 90-minute session will include plenty of time for open-level vinyasa flow as well as seated and walking meditation. No yoga experience necessary.

Yoga on the Lake
at Castaways in Webster

Tuesdays and Saturdays 9:15 - 10:15am

$16 plus eventbrite fee

Saturdays begin 6/1 and Tuesdays begin 6/18

 

We're so excited for another summer of Yoga on the great deck of our favorite Great Lake. This is such a lovely and lively class with a spectacular view! This open-level, slow-flow class allows both beginners and experienced yogis to personalize their practice.

 

Register ahead. Space is limited. Please bring your own mat/props/water.

Paddleboard SUP Yoga
at BayCreek Paddling Center

Tuesdays at 4:30 starting in June

$30 includes paddleboard rental.


Take your love of the outdoors into a new realm of discovery, challenge and playfulness as we float and pose! This multi-level class offers options for beginners and experienced yogis in a supportive and fun environment. The beautiful sights and sounds will add a sense of wonder and peace to your meditative experience.

Intro to Acro Yoga Workshops

$20 for CRG members

$30 for non-CRG members

During this unique yoga adventure, we’ll play with partner and group poses that foster a sense of trust, interdependence, strength and fun! You’ll learn the basic skills of Acro Yoga: basing, flying and spotting in the two fundamental poses of bird and throne. Come by yourself or bring a friend. No partner necessary – we’ll mix and match partners throughout the workshop.

Lynne’s thought-provoking themes allow you to seek what is truly inside of you and bring it out throughout your practice. She leads with kindness, happiness, and fun - on and off the mat. I am always left with a sense of peace, grounding, and a smile leaving her class.
