THE HOME STRETCH is a series of donation yoga classes that help us support ourselves, each other and our community. A portion of the donations will be given to local community agencies who are supporting those most in need during these difficult times.

THE HOME STRETCH classes are peaceful and playful, with lots of opportunities to power up or mellow out, according to your personal needs. No yoga experience is necessary and you don’t even need a yoga mat.

Yoga in the Pines at Cumming Nature Center in Naples

Sunday November 1st, 10:30am - 12:00 and 1:00pm - 2:30pm

Take your yoga practice into the great outdoors - in the majestic pines of the Cumming Nature Center. In this unique and powerful experience you will have the opportunity to practice yoga and meditation in this sacred and serene setting. During this 90 minute session, you will be guided through a gentle open-level vinyasa flow as well as seated and walking meditation. No yoga experience necessary. Bring your own mat or use one of ours. Yoga is ON rain or shine (in the event of dangerous weather we will reschedule).


*A portion of the proceeds from Yoga in the Pines supports the conservation work of the Cumming Nature Center. 

$18 for a 90 minute class

Community Yoga with Brighton Rec

Brighton Up Yoga: 4 week series

Next session begins November 18

Wednesdays 4:00-5:00pm and 5:30-6:30pm 

Brookside School - In the large gym with plenty of space for social distancing. 

Community Yoga classes are open-level slow-flow vinyasa classes that are welcoming to both beginners and experienced yogis. Join this warm and welcoming circle of yogis of many ages and levels of experience. Moving and meditating on your mat will help brighten up your mind, body and spirit! 

$40 for a 4-week session

Yoga Rocks at Central Rock Gym

Wednesdays 12:00 - 1:00pm

Central Rock Gym is OPEN and Lunchtime Yoga is BACK ON for Wednesdays! This noontime yoga class brings a lively, playful lift to your day! It's FREE for members of the gym - and accessible to non-members by a drop-in fee. Come see what the excitement of CRG is all about!
