Brighten Up Yoga ONLINE

Brighten Up Yoga is a warm and welcoming community of both new and experienced yogis. This open-level vinyasa class includes movements and meditations that help brighten up your physical and mental health and help you feel stronger and more flexible in both body and mind. This class is also available online and the whole class will move online starting in October.

YOGA IN THE PINES

In this unique and powerful experience, you will have the opportunity to practice yoga and meditation in a sacred and serene setting.This 90-minute session will include plenty of time for open-level vinyasa flow, as well as seated and walking meditation. No yoga experience necessary.

YOGA FOR ATHLETES TRAININGS
Calling all athletes, yoga teachers, movement specialists and yoga students: If you want to take your learning to the next level, consider this groundbreaking training that takes place over the next few months. You can commit to the comprehensive 100 Hour program and/or register for stand-alone modules on critical topics.

Core Conditioning Yoga is a light-hearted, unconventional and interactive class that will help you build strength and endurance. Through a series of playful and challenging movements you will strengthen all the core muscles of your body and practice being present and focused.
Lynne’s thought-provoking themes allow you to seek what is truly inside of you and bring it out throughout your practice. She leads with kindness, happiness, and fun - on and off the mat. I am always left with a sense of peace, grounding, and a smile leaving her class.
