This playful and informative session will help you discover how strength training and yoga practice can enhance your workouts.This 2 hour session will include dynamic warm ups, creative circuit training, active and static stretching.This session will be beneficial for highly competitive athletes and weekend warriors alike.

Brighten Up Yoga is a warm and welcoming community of both new and experienced yogis. This open-level vinyasa class includes movements and meditations that help brighten up your physical and mental health and help you feel stronger and more flexible in both body and mind.

Core Conditioning Yoga is a light-hearted, unconventional and interactive class that will help you build strength and endurance. Through a series of playful and challenging movements you will strengthen all the core muscles of your body and practice being present and focused.
Lynne’s thought-provoking themes allow you to seek what is truly inside of you and bring it out throughout your practice. She leads with kindness, happiness, and fun - on and off the mat. I am always left with a sense of peace, grounding, and a smile leaving her class.
