Brighten Up Yoga is a warm and welcoming community of both new and experienced yogis. This open-level vinyasa class includes movements and meditations that help brighten up your physical and mental health and help you feel stronger and more flexible in both body and mind.
SNOWGA in the Pines
Experience an invigorating, meditative yoga experience in the snow-covered pines during this special winter session. We’re offering sessions at 10:30am and 12:30pm. Each 60-minute session will take place outdoors and will focus on standing poses.
No yoga experience is necessary. Dress warm, come ready to play, and enjoy a once-a-year Nature Center tradition!

This class is open to anyone who is interested in trying Acro for the first time, as well as those who already have some experience. This supportive community will welcome you and bring you to the next level of play!

Core Conditioning Yoga is a light-hearted, unconventional and interactive class that will help you build strength and endurance. Through a series of playful and challenging movements you will strengthen all the core muscles of your body and practice being present and focused.
Lynne’s thought-provoking themes allow you to seek what is truly inside of you and bring it out throughout your practice. She leads with kindness, happiness, and fun - on and off the mat. I am always left with a sense of peace, grounding, and a smile leaving her class.
