THE HOME STRETCH is a series of donation yoga classes that help us support ourselves, each other and our community. A portion of the donations will be given to local community agencies who are supporting those most in need during these difficult times.
THE HOME STRETCH classes are peaceful and playful, with lots of opportunities to power up or mellow out, according to your personal needs. No yoga experience is necessary and you don’t even need a yoga mat.

Community Yoga classes are open-level slow-flow vinyasa classes that are welcoming to both beginners and experienced yogis. Join this warm and welcoming circle of yogis of many ages and levels of experience. Moving and meditating on your mat will help brighten up your mind, body and spirit!
Saturday, February 27th from 8-9pm
Let’s dance our way through these challenging times! Join us on Saturday, February 27th for a virtual Full Moon Dance Party! We'll do a little yoga on the mat and a lotta dancing around the room. Let's dance and jump and shake and spin our way through everything that we’re feeling inside. Feel free to invite friends and family to join us for this energetic, cathartic, wild and wonderful experience!

Cumming Nature Center in Naples

$18 for a 90 minute session with a portion of proceeds going to conservation work at the nature center.
Let's take our yoga practice into the great outdoors - in the majestic red pines of the Cumming Nature Center. In this unique and powerful experience, you will have the opportunity to practice yoga and meditation in a sacred and serene setting. Class will include a playful open-level vinyasa flow, as well as seated and walking meditation. We'll practice being forest warriors and playing with tree pose among the trees.
No yoga experience necessary.
Lynne’s thought-provoking themes allow you to seek what is truly inside of you and bring it out throughout your practice. She leads with kindness, happiness, and fun - on and off the mat. I am always left with a sense of peace, grounding, and a smile leaving her class.
