Yoga on the Lake at Castaways

Summer 2021 Schedule:

Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 

9:15am - 10:15am 

Yoga on the Lake at Castaways is an all-level yoga class with a spectacular view!

Register ahead - space is limited to 28 people. Social distance will be honored. Please wear a mask until you are settled on your mat (6 feet apart from others) then you are free to take your mask off and enjoy the fresh lakeside air! 

The Home Stretch

Donation-based classes on Zoom


THE HOME STRETCH is a series of donation yoga classes that help us support ourselves, each other and our community. A portion of the donations will be given to local community agencies who are supporting those most in need during these difficult times.

THE HOME STRETCH classes are peaceful and playful, with lots of opportunities to power up or mellow out, according to your personal needs. No yoga experience is necessary and you don’t even need a yoga mat.

Brighten Up Yoga

Community Yoga through Brighton Rec

6 weeks for $60 

Community Yoga classes are open-level slow-flow vinyasa classes that are welcoming to both beginners and experienced yogis. Join this warm and welcoming circle of yogis of many ages and levels of experience. Moving and meditating on your mat will help brighten up your mind, body and spirit! 


Yoga in the Pines

Cumming Nature Center in Naples

Sunday, April 18 at 10:30am and 1:00pm

(Save the dates: May 15 and June 13)

$18 for a 90 minute session with a portion of proceeds going to conservation work at the nature center.

Let's take our yoga practice into the great outdoors - in the majestic red pines of the Cumming Nature Center. In this unique and powerful experience, you will have the opportunity to practice yoga and meditation in a sacred and serene setting. Class will include a playful open-level vinyasa flow, as well as seated and walking meditation. We'll practice being forest warriors and playing with tree pose among the trees. 

No yoga experience necessary.
