I offer private sessions, both in-person and online, for individuals and small groups who want personalized instruction and guidance for yoga and meditation. I work directly with you to clarify and pursue your specific goals and aspirations on the mat and off.  


During this time of social distancing I can meet with individuals and groups online or outdoors
(in my backyard, your yard, or a local park) with ample space between us.

Private Yoga Session themes include:

  • Introduction to Yoga to learn basic poses

  • Restorative yoga, mindful breathing, and meditation

  • Adaptive yoga during and after injuries

  • Focused progression toward challenging poses/inversions

  • Introduction to Partners/Acro Yoga

  • Customized yoga to complement your specific sport or job


1 person - $85 per session

2 people - $120 total per session


Sliding scale available as needed.

Group and package rates are also available.
