YOGA IN THE WORKPLACE

In recent years many companies have added a yoga component to their work settings to support the health and wellness of their employees. This practice, which is strongly supported by recent medical research, has been widely accepted and appreciated by employees of all kinds.

 

My expertise in this area is in leading experiences that help people integrate mind, body and spirit in their professional and personal lives. I work with company leadership to customize yoga and mindfulness programs that support the health, productivity and satisfaction of employees.

 

Yoga in the workplace can be added on a regular basis, a series, or through one-time special events.
